Crap!  You guys suck....  Okay, I'll do it but right now I'm enjoying a serious buzz from lighting off this thing INSIDE the shop.  Didnt expect it to fire quite so quick but let me tell you, a blown 500"r with zoomies will cure anything...  Huh, did somebody say sumthin?    Nice way to clear the dust from the rafters though....

Sorry guys. It's even worse than just organizing them.  I somehow managed to delete all my online photos other than some misc. ones.  The thought of going back and rebuilding it does NOT sound like fun and I didnt really know if there was any interest to make it worth it.

Finally, Something I know something about!!!!   Okay, I'll jump in on this deal.

We have ran our boat in the salt every year for that last 8 years or so.  In fact, it's been in freshwater only a handful of times compared to almost exclusively in salt.  The nearest lake that we can try to run is an 1 1/2 hours away whereas the salt is less than a minute.

Up until last year all we ever used was soap and water.  The trailer, chrome wheels are all the original ones we brought home with the boat.  This last year we have used SaltAway and it seems to work really well as well (though much more expensive than soap)

The only areas that I have ever had a problem with relates to the Bassett headers and the starter. We would often get water splashed up on the motor.  The salt water would instantly evaporate away on the headers but leave little salt rings on the chrome.  No amount of polish would remove it.  Those same headers are now on the Sanger with no rust issues.  The starter would get doused with water from everyone swinging and with time would cause problems. At the time these were just cheapo Schucks starters.  I've since switched to Powermaster stuff and no problems period.

If the salt is close, don't hesitate boating there but just plan on cleaning the boat up when you get home.  I've always been anal about not doing anything till theboat is clean and put away.  Have fun

I received the system Rodney of Alcohol Injection Systems spec'd out for me and let me tell you, his stuff is bad ass.  Great guy to talk to and pick his brain.  Asked a ton of setup questions on my boat and spec'd out such a cool system.

When he says it comes complete, he is not kidding.  I can't think of anything he might of put in the kit other than a couple of beers.  This system is COMPLETE!!!!

Hey John, if I had to drive the distance you do, I'd wait for Parker in April, should be full fields in all the major classes, comp jet included. Plus you could bring your boat and hit Big River or the Parker Strip

Im diggin it!!!!!   Little billet pulley on top, ARP stainless 12 point bolts, BDS belt guard I got from Jim Brock, some custom standoffs machined by Brian Wehrer (thanks again Brian), linkage fabbed up to make the scoop funtional and a bitchin set of big tube zoomies. 

Only thing left for this ol girl this year is a Meth/Water injection system. 

Thanks guys.  I'm really digging the zoomies.  I loved the sound of the Borlas, but I could never warm up to the look.  The zoomies are gonna be LOUD but the looks are too flippin cool....

The punk probably will buy it back after I dump a bunch of money and more parts in it.  Then of course he's want it for less that I just bought it from him for cuz it's 4 years older.........
