before we started the 21 hour drive home with our boat I pulled all the wheels packed and adjusted the bearings and had a real good look at the tires makes for a worry free trip

just sprayed mine today with 2K urethane primer from Kustom House.I got it and all my other paint from TCP Global in SanDiego.If the base clear sprays as nice as the primer did I will be very happy not expensive and sprays real nice

When I bought my boat I considered it a solid 8 and budgeted about $5000 to redo it and the trailer. I have already spent that and figure another 3.000 before Im done and my engine build is very mild using existing block and heads. I think GT is probably light with his estimate by the time you find all the unexpected stuff

I am such a dumbass :banghead:I was cutting a hole in my dash to mount my stereo head unit and the flattest place was to use 2 of the existing gauge holes and redrill them elsewhere. I measured and setup to do it grabbed the 2 inch hole saw and the phone rang . I carried the hole saw over to the phone set it down talked on the phone and then proceded back to the boat picked up a 2 and 1/4 inch hole saw put in the chuck and drilled the hole as soon as i pulled it out I realized what i had done . I am so stupid . :banghead:Spent the next couple of hours refiberglassing the plug back in the hole then filling it so that I can redrill it 2 inches did I tell you how stupid I am . Anyway tommorrow Finally time to prime the beast.
