Just a bit more of my .02 Frank, I know you are on a budget and all, but why not spend a few bucks extra and get the stainless? You wont have to buy the bolts again, and then change them. Just be done with it

If no impact you may even try putting the pressure on the balancer and take the wrench off and wacking the center screw with a hammer to maybe get it to break free, imo, which dont mean squat, it needs to be jolted off

You have a 1/2 in impact wrench ? and air ? The impact gun always did the trick for me. Also I might be a little bit worried about the heating and messing up the crank seal.

Bring the packaged shredded cheese, cut up some red onion at home and you are good to go

I did etch a pattern for her, but she spent about 2 hours cutting open, cleaning out, and cutting the face in. She was so jazzed how it came out, she wanted to share with everyone
