If I read his post right? He did say they put new bearings in right? Might have tightened the clearances up enough to raise the pressure with the same pump? Just thinking out loud here?

Their is no deck... Just a cord coming from the little amp with a I pod connection... It takes I think about a 5/8 hole and that's it...

Oh yeah! Should sound a lot better than 4 6-1/2's lol and I don't think that little amp will do you any good! 😎 but for a nice little stereo with a clean install and just the I pod jack in the dash? Pretty cool little set up! We have used several of them to make ice chest stereos out of them to! Works great! 👍🏻

Yup... Just hold your mouth just right and wiggle wiggle wiggle... Don't lift it to high... Should just have to lift it a tad higher than where the original motor mount bolts were

I had a placecraft that had a problem air locking ... Can't take credit for it cause it was done on the boat when I got it? But they took the hand hole cover and tapped it with 1/4 tap and then put a 1/4 mip x 1/4 barb and they ran a short pice oh 1/4 hose and had a little bracket fab up and mounted to the back of the head holding a 1/4 ball valve... Just cracked the valve open when you first backed it in the water... It would take about 10 or 15 seconds for it to spit a little water out of the ball valve, close the valve and your good to go!! And no drilling the bowl!?

Or the bottom hole on the head?? Lol I can't see it for chit on my phone? Just flip the bracket over and loosely put the adjusting bolt in the alternator and see where it lines up? You might even have to trim the bracket on the block side as to not have a bunch hanging out past the alternator and limiting your ability to adjust...

Sorry didn't look at the pic good enough the first time? Didn't realize you were bolted into the head with the adjusting bracket? It will prob be the upper hole on the block...

Prob so? Or flip it over and use the lower hole on the block... The mount on the motor plate is fine! Think you just have your adjusting bracket upside down? I think I even had to cut a short spacer on mine to get it to line up straight with the alternator..

Try a smaller hose on your transfer pump... If your dipstick can touch the oil you should be able to get a tube into it as well...
