So I got most of these bolts with the engine we are building. When I went to mount the heads I tore out the threads in one location cause these are not the right bolts. 
Prior to this I had sent my oldest son to King Bolt to get the couple of bolts I was missing. He comes back with $10 a piece SS ARPs that cost me $100 and cant return. 
I am ASSUMING that these must be for a smallblock. These are yours for the taking (plus shipping) unless you are feeling genorous and want to kick a few green ones our way. The details are as follows: 5 @ 3" ; 16 @ 1 3/4"; 23 @ 3 3/4" (9 Stainless). Let me know if you can use these.

I would love to go either of those routes, but for budget reasons I want to know if there is any reason I could not use a standard zinc type bolt. I will buy stainless or ARP if necessary, but would like to opt for another route for the time being if possible.

We are getting ready to install the intake on Bebo's engine. Do I need to buy an intake bolt "set" or can I use standard bolts that are the correct length?

Ray I didn't expect it either. Nobody I dealt with could come up with a rebuild kit # for it. Surprised me too cuz there is a tg on the carb with numbers on it.

The carb is a Holley. The kit is a BWD from Kragen I think. I had a lot of trouble finding a kit. For some reason nobody could find a kit from the numbers on the carb. It is a marine carb btw.
Anytime would work for us. I would rather we wait and do it right than screw it all up.

So we got a carb (thanks Ray) and a rebuild kit which I hope is the right one. It was a pain in the ass to get and I have my doubts. I have never rebuilt a carb and after checking out the exploded views and the instructins that seem to be translated from Chinese to English - and poorly to boot - I am concerned about my ability to do this properly. Is there anyone in the So Cal area willing to lend me a hand and show me how to do this properly? I would like for Bebo and I to learn to do this so that we can do it ourselves in the future. Thanks in advance.

We did not go with stainless for now. probably change that soon enough though. Should the standard bolts take any kind of coating like oil, anti seize etc?

Ray, the white smoke and hesitation is how mine started. Take that thing in and have it checked. Everything I have heard and read shows these issues causing serious damage and big $$$. Besides you are going to need all that cash for the Shrimper!

Crewchief - I understand quoting the worst case. I stated in my post that I was unsure if he even new or would have. Not slamming the guy, just saying Chris did a great job and saved me tons of cash.
Nathan - As for the oil cooler they did replace that too. I had done some research and had learned about that as well. But the guys at the shop were all over it because they obviously new about the flaws in them as well.

Update - So after letting the truck sit for many months due to finances I finally had to suck it up and have it repaired. A mechanic friend tested it and ran the codes and came back with about 9 of them . Being as they are general mechanics and not diesel guys they sent me to a local guy I had also heard about. This guy got the same codes and quoted me $3700 - $4000.
So I got in contact with Chris (Filterbiz) over at Trans West Ford. Sent him the itemized quote and he did not blink. He not only got me in and out in 3 days, but for only $2200 including towing it right from my driveway while I was at work.
Turns out that the 2 injectors that needed "replacing" actually had a bad electrical connection and were just fine after repairing the connection. That alone saved about $750. Not sure if the other guys new that or would have told me about it, but Chris did.

being as it is Fontana it could be either. The lady is going to have the shop she went to do the work with the unit they have. She feels a lot better knowing that she is not getting fleeced just because she doesn't know anything about the repair work needed. Between us we have probably saved her about $200.

Winner - Winner Chicken Dinner! Thats the one. I did not know that the cap is actually part of the fuel pump. I checked out the Polaris parts diagram and saw that a new one is indeed $460. 
So what the repair guy said was right on. I guess he did not explain that it was not actually the "tank" itself.
I knew and told her that this place would get me the answer!
