Ya have made some progress, working on cleaning up the marker lights reverse lights, etc. lotta overspray or something on them. Went to buy a air cleaner for it and I said the magic word, corvette, and they said 79 bucks for a fram. Are you frickin kidding me, I asked the dude. WTF Checked out summit and can get a K&N lifetime for ONLY 69 bucks so it is ordered.  Still waiting on the window rubbers and the handle.  WAIT, I did get one killer deal today I needed 2 1156 bulbs that were burnt out, and I didnt have to say the dreaded vette name so I got them for 4 bucks    Hot dammmn I am on a roll

Well I made a Res at the KOA Blythe for Fri June 11 to Mon the 14th. It's with a group of friends, family, that have been going to Park moabi for years. I know the (other) gathering is the following weekend. Not sure how I am going to work it out yet. Is anyone else going to be out there then And the other question I have is, what is it like there if anyone has stayed there. I do have one of the 6 person cabins.

There goes Steve again thanks Brad, and thanks for unlocking the the thread.  I have been learning a few things right off the bat. First thing I have learned is that when you say Corvette you might as well say a boat BringOnAnotherThousand   I am trying to figure out how to put the word Corvette that way

Never heard of that one Skip. But Omar is and you are right about the sitting and the being outside part, especially here in Cali.  The ozone,smog, whatever you want to call it, deteriorates the sidewall rubber bigtime  The best thing for them is to keep them covered Like my 5th wheel trailer I keep at Park Moabi, I cut out 2 pieces of plywood for the 2 tires that are always in the sun. My other trick I use is to put a light coat of brake fluid on just like you would with armorall. If ya think about brake fluid it is used to among other things, keep all the rubber soft and pliable, and not cracking
