The No Wake Zone / Re: What are the names of your boats????
« on: March 21, 2007, 09:43:01 PM »
There was a guy up at CFW New Years the abused a Hydro with a Jet boat. I heard something about a rented Mule.
The guy you are referring to is Scott. His boat is a Bahner Tunnel. Yes it's quick and fast. But we arent talking about quick and fast in this thread. We are talking about jet boats.   ;D

well true they do have blowers becouse they cant make real HP :D have not ran any yet just with carbs wana run?
Sure!!! Sounds like fun. I don't have a blower, just an old tired suburban motor with a cam and a bad case of over carburation. Should be enough to break off that cute little jet boat though ;D

First thing you need to do is post up pics. It really gets the people here excited. Second, you will find that jet boats are among the easiest boats to pilot. Litterally 2 minutes in you will see what I am talking about. The "sweet spot" of each boat is different. Usually at higher speeds you are going to have the diverter up (not all the way), A good rule of thumb is about a 6' wall of water behind the boat. When  cruising I always had my nozzle pretty much straight (diverter handle set in the middle)
Enjoy the boat. You will have much more fun in it than some gay ass outboard. Oops, did I say that out loud?  ;D

Because showing the full breast is illegal. Some girls flash, but if caught it ends up ina  fine. I guess covering the nipple is the way the girls get around the law. I don't mind it at all ;D

For those  who said little 17' ft boats can't cruise Havasu..........

We had to get towed through the 5 zone since at idle the boat is doing nearly 10 mph

Of course I could always pop it in and out of gear but that got old.

No this is not my wife but a friend of many years  ;D ;D Shhhhhh ;)

If I had had my safety gear on I would of taken full advantage of this water  :-\

Can't beat the "girls of Havasu"

So yes I can take the boat to Havasu and have a blast........however, I am currently looking for a secondary 21'+ V-drive cruiser just for this lake.
I'll have more pics up tomorrow.........

I don't know what your price range is but these are a couple real good deals.

$6,000

And I think this Eliminator is around $5,500

Sanger v-drives have always had a special place in my heart . What does the inside look like .

-beerjet-
Yah know, it's your standard furniture grade floor with blingy chrome and polished aluminum  ;D
The twin 10 gallon saddle tanks go with it too.

Omar I have the perfect V-drive for you sitting in my garage. Sanger runner bottom  ;D

Less engine  $4,500 or $8,500 turn key. Runs 105 mph. Should clean house on Elsinore on most weekends.... ;)

The little assistant is about as willing to help the mechanic as the mechanic is willing to have gay sex. No - wait a minute, I'm not leaving that line open and hitting the "post" button. The assistant don't like getting greasy yet.  ;)
So the assistant is working on it as we speak then??  ;D ;D
All I got from that post was something about gay sex and some grease :D I guess you can't do one without the other.

I think jets are for pole smokin homos, but this one seems like a good deal. Apaches are very nice boats. If I was in the position I'd buy it as a secondary boat.

That is just down right funny!!!! Was that Toby Maguire in the lead role? I think Ron Jeremy played the boat salesman. Did anyone catch the guy in the speedo dancing on the beach? Classic !!

Don't go converting anything. If you have a blower motor, find another boat to put it in. A boat like a '76 sanger runner bottm V-drive with a 10 degree casale and a whirlaway.

Or you can throw it into an '87 Eliminator like this one:

Both boats are for sale less engine!  ;) ;D
