leaving tonight for blythe. Weather says HOT and no stormsSame here
They are about 8 or so miles I think there's really only a few major sand bars heading south one on the cali side and one on the az side, those will be the first ones you come across heading down from Blythe. If you're planning on heading down I'll message you my phone number so you can text and what not we'll find you if you don't find us first. We'll be the drunk people shooting shit and playing really loud musicSounds good to me
Yep I am, I wasn't planning on going until the later in the day time, but if we head out like Saturday or Sunday evening I'm down, we can talk at the park.
I'm not familiar with anything south of the 10. Where are those spots at?Once you pass the bridge and the houses and all, you will come up to a point on the right, and you will see a bunch of reeds right before it. There is a 1 boat entrance to goose flats there. Go around the point and down a little ways and on the left you will see a island depending on the water level, can't miss it on the left. Usually boats hanging there.

head south to around goose, dropoff or socal island, that's usually where we're all at.Ben I am not sure if you are talking to me or not , but I am not sure. Been across one time and did a little 4 wheeling by the firing range. I need to find out the where to go cause I want to take my AR15 and do some plinking. I won't be out till tomorrow evening tho.
edit-also Mark does the Cibola down the 78 go over the river? I want to do some shooting Friday afternoon and also take a peak around there. Are you interested?
My brother has been going out on his boat and doing OK. Last weekend found patties with fish on em but wouldn't hit a fricking thing you threw to em. Said the hell with it and put on his mask snorkle and fins. Jumped in with his spear gun and was picking the ones he wanted
You go out of Dana Point too Drew
Weekends can sometimes be tough with it being a parking lot out there, the pressure. Drew he's been going to the 267 and another good spot is 10 to 12 miles off the Domes. Also been trolling the natural color cedar plug and mexican flag for an ocasional jig stop. Just my .02
