I wouldn't trust 'em. Last thing you want is all your hard work to go up in flames, let alone you're only gonna have family and friends in the boat with you......... You can pick up some good S/S imcos or russels around for well under $300-$400, with mounts. If original is what you're after, I got a Street Rod shop here that can fab a set up, or near you, I'm sure CJ222 can.
Don't take a chance by putting in 2 15 gallon or so time bombs in the boat. Just my .02

Problem I had with Moo's headers (Way to big of tubes to get a decent wrench on most of the bolts) was finding them later in the bilge after a hard days running. Some were just loose, they couldn't fall out (all the bolts, save a couple, had to be put on together and tighted simultaneously). I've been told NOW they are blower headers, Whatever THAT means.
I Was putting red loctite on them each time I found one or two and tightening them as best I could. Over last year, I think I managed to get them all.

Honestly, I think you'd be hard pressed to beat those center risers. Yeah, the jacketed headers will do it, but is the HP worth the cost in this case? You can probably find more power in the engine cheaper elsewhere.

I got a couple T-valves laying around......if I can find them in the mess I call a garage now. As far as blockoff's, for the time being Home Depot sells some 3" rubber covers with hose clamps that I used on Moo if the tips are still installed. (Not really noticeable on my boat, being black and white, so I just leave 'em).
They're in the PVC aisle.

The JE/JF pumps have the same water supply port as the JC/JG.
