Big river is not the Parker strip

X2, Big River park is a few miles downriver from the Parker Dam. Nothing like Parker, and the water level is not conducive to wake barges either. Perfect for lil boats!

Kuhl adaptor I have here measures the same, John. But inline, not sideways like that one works.  So yeah, it's a Dommy flange. But sideways mounting. Probably worth you're asking, am interested, but I am not sold on sideways mounting carbs on these boats. Be worth testing/proving though!

F*** them in the neck if they can't take a joke...because that whole weekend was just pure comedy!!!

X2!!! Let them come out with us THEN pass judgement! never met even ONE of these (The posting ones) RDP pricks at ANY outing, PB or otherwise, and you all know how many miles I put on doing these things! I'll drive anywhere, pretty much anytime.

Who the F*** cares what these wannabes think? I don't! The PB guys I know are cool as hell and from the same mold as us. I'd be willing to bet that the ones posting the negative crap either A:) don't have a running boat, or B:) I could race them and win with my pops old Jon Boat rowing my ass off.........One of them wants to take the challenge, Moo's a waitin'..........who is it?

Just sayin ..........

Otherwise, a MOST successful outing! AND, we answered the old question, "Where's the Beef".............. ;D

Ray I thought you were bring a date  LOL   chicken its cool great pics

Date? you didn't hear about the cow?   :screwy:

Naw, dates, maybe, over the summer when the kids are with evil. Actually, those last two pics are from Becca on board Crewcheifs boat as N8 and I decided to see what we could do to empty our tanks or break something so we could justify new motors. N8 handed me my ass regularly and DID get even for the AVI Roosting I gave him last year, lol.

Mrs Crewcheif was trying to get up on skis throughout this, mind you. She may never speak to me again, lol.

First Ray was questionable with his Moo. Now this!! I shudder to think whats next. :o
Looks like a great time, wish I could have been there.

It does get kinda scarey........My other boat is the Sewer Pickle soooooo......lord KNOWS what that could predict for this group!

At first, I thought Rivertard was kidding, then a bud of mine here had talked about bringing Moo over, so I thought, maybe.....

Nope what you see is what you get.

As a side note on this, Ralph hasn't lost any hair. We found where it went........... >:D

Engine Mechanical / Electrical / Re: Electric Fuel Pump Issues?
« on: May 16, 2010, 05:08:55 AM »
Well, seems MUCH better. Found out some things here yesterday with it. I think Skip mighta nailed it that it needs a pressure regulator. The problem persists now ONLY when you lift! Some pics will pop up of N8 and I racing , well more like N8 repeatedly handing me my ass, but was fun and my intention was to run the dog piss out of it and see where the problem lies. (Which we did! Ralph said it sounded like we were trying to break 'em, I actually drove through N8's roost at one point, THAT HURTS!!!! )

Come out of the gate with your hair on fire, hits 4700 RPM (New tach), will stay there all day if you let it with some lil hiccups and sputtering sometimes. Lift AT ALL, you'll never get it above 3000-3500 without it dying. Stop, idle it or just float it a few minutes, flatfoot it again, will hold 4700 again all day long.

Ralphs answer, "Then don't lift Dummy!"

Jet Pumps / Re: Berkley vs Jacuzzi
« on: May 13, 2010, 08:33:34 PM »
Leave it be. Tom at JBP will be the first to tell you you can get very respectible results from a Jacuzzi WJ. Have one boat being worked on right now with a WJ, and just bought another. Other two running boats and the remaining 3 are Berk's, but hey? who's counting?  ;D

Racing, etc, or just looking for max performance, Berkeley IS going to outshine the Jacuzzi. But in those circles, I think you really need to look at AT as well. JMO.
