You guys are getting a little worked up over this ain't ya? BTW the formula for HP is torque times RPM so you can't have HP with out having good torque numbers . But from my seat you both are some what correct . I,m just an old mech and I don't know anybody important ,but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last nite if that counts . Peace  Jimbo.

I had my pump rebuilt by MPD , Jack does not recommend running your boat out of the water, ( front seal doesn,t get water or at least not much) but he said you can if you have to , do it like Wanabe said and run water in your pick line and run a hose through the back of the pump.

Welcome, This is a great site not to much drama (all though thats fun to watch , kinda like a reality T.V. show ie. Osbornes ) like the other sites R.Ds. H.B. and some of the others . this place feels like home Brad does a good job keeping the drama to a min. Just a bunch a good ole boys dispensing good and not so good advice . Although a bunch of smart a$$es any way enjoy yourself,just my 02.  :) :)
