That SUX Brad ! As far as to wat block is best, Ralphs dad or Lakes would no best. Did they ever produce a 4bolt 460 block ?? If so I would go that route, ur block must have flexed to come apart like that, too much power, 4bolt wont flex as much, imho.

I believe he's refering to all of your bearing clearances, piston to wall etc.

« on: March 14, 2012, 12:26:15 PM »Just built a 468 BBC in my 72 Horizon and its running 65mph without a place divertor. Hoping to find a god used place Divertor soon. I love the hull and shape of the horizon.
When I got the boat, I gotta say I didnt like the way it looked at all, but it's growin on me. It is very wide and roomy, and does look sweet in the water.I gotta research the Horizon, not familiar with the design. You got any pics of yours Horizonjet?
