Look inside each ring, sounds like your hole is on top of bellows if the leak slows when you raise the drive.Yea thats what I think too. Im gunna talk to oc boat repair about it. Since it has new bellows on it and wasnt leaking before they took the motor and outdrive off the replace stringers.

and by stripped you're talking about the 2 lag bolts going into the wood right, not the nuts. if you touch the nuts you'll throw the engine/drive out of alignment.
I looked at the mounts more today. And it feels like the fiberglass is broken where the mount is.
