This is the structure like backbone for under the cover. Works real well don't glue the leg parts so you can store it flat.

Well thank you for all the good advise. I will have to go to the storage place and air out the boat after a good rain I guess. Let it rain , let it rain we really do need it to end this drought I'd be nice to have all the lakes refilled !!

The No Wake Zone / El Niño is coming.
« on: August 15, 2015, 09:37:20 AM »
Hey everybody I'm thinking about how to prepare for this coming winter to keep the rain out of my boat. It is stored outside in a storage place. I have a cover for it but water seeps through, I also used one of those blue tarps in conjunction with the cover but some how the rain still got through. I had a little bit of mold that I cleans up with bleach. The forecasters say it's gunna rain like crazy. What else can I do.. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. As always I look forward to everyone's ideas.

Jet Pumps / Re: newbie help questions

Starting the motor and running it without water will damage the pump. I will not run mine without a garden hose hooked up to cool the motor and pump.

The No Wake Zone / Swim step
« on: June 22, 2015, 01:49:24 PM »
Hi all,

I have a teak swim platform on the back of the boat and I am finding it hard to lift my fat ass back on board after a few adult beverages. I would like to put a swim ladder that folds its self back up after use. The only ladder I've found is a Aqua performance which looks pretty cool but is pricey. Any body use anything else that works well and looks good?

I all saw e85 for 275 a gallon today and was wondering if it was safe to run in the boat? Are there any advantages to running it? Will it have any negative effects?  Any input would be great. A buck a gallon cheaper would enable me to buy more beer lol
