Fixed it once. But now its sitting in the boat, with a pan full of metallic oil and a bunch of loose rockers(again)how much for the boat with the motor?.
Ive got this one, might work as a CJ. 73 Eliminator, complete minus motor, Set back pump (by Tom Papp), comes with a fresh pump (JC bowl), and a tandem trailer with swing a way tongue and inward mounted springs (easy to convert to a dolly trailer). Would need a turn fin and a handle/down pedal set up for the plates. Asking $1500, possibly negotiable if theres parts you dont need.what about the engine did you fix it or what ?

Is there a market for custom swimsteps?
Got these cut out today, but haven't glued the inserts in yet.
Don't be shy, give me your opinions.
Looking to return my Dads 77 Challenger (now my 77 Challenger) to it's glory days!get a hold of tom at jet boat performance im sure he has one. he is located in atscadero,ca.
My wife's bugging me to buy a camper. I'm thinking buy a CV27 instead.check with james bond007
The closer to Pa the better. I would prefer a nice hull and interior, with any drive issues.
V8's are better but will consider anything at this point.
Thanks in advance for your help! NOOOO the CV23 we have won't be for sale

Re Naci and San Antonio , its been a shitty water year and both lakes have been really low (20 to 50 % (but usable) , we have been boating here for thirty plus years . Both these lakes are great,We have a place at Nac and it is definately more the roll bar crowd , S/A is the laid back and Hot rod crowd . Re the Marine industry (local)its "May to Sept" deal all the local shops are small family operations everyone else has "tanked" not much bus locally for us (fortunatley were a dot com as well ) I will tell you a person who wants the PWC crowd could make a killing ! Look me up when you get situated I'm happy to help if I can Tomhey thanks tom i actually do have a pwc certificate in my folder.
Cant be the same boat, Me and Terry (HDRider) have seen underneath it, One engine.if i recall he ended taking out the two engines cuz it didnt work and it died with only one maybe 396 not sure, shane
You don't want to go there.where do you boat at ?
Last I heard, they drained the lake and are useing it as a landfill
I wouldn't go there, the mosquitos carry five gallon Jeep cans and the Hornets sound like Life Flight Helicopters....Lake San Antonio sucks too, the water smell like pee and the racoons will carry off small children............................... ............
GT
I have a couple as well gleaned from the energizers we do, Never been keen on the "look" but without the shroud the keeps a lot of water out of the boat (spray from dragging and leaking hardware) Tomi sent you my address for the panther jet cover. if you could include mounting hardware that would be great also, shane
Im not a ford guy but it looks to me that the oil pan is on backwards.the ford picks up oil from the front of the engine unlike the chevroletOne more dumb question : did it come out of a v-drive?
