I know most smart people wet sand and polish before upholstery buuut not me so now that the interior is done i got started buffing out the boat. Started with 1000 and then 2000 grit and went after it with some 3m finess it! this stuff works awsome its a finishing material, or polishing creme anyway here are some pics

Ok guys here we go again busted my ass this sunday roughing in the new boxes, sidepanels and buckets oh still need to make my seat bottoms for the bench and just need to seal them up and start the search for a good but fair upholstery shop any sugestions in east county san diego would be appreciated. Also was wondering if any of you gooroos have heard of rhino lining the wood before upholstery saw a guy post his seats after treating them but he never posted final product so i never got to see if it worked out. What do you guys think of that idea?

Theres a TON of hispanic dudes who do upholstery/interior in my town who work out of their garage. I've had a ton of vehicles/boats done by a particular guy who's out by my work. I had a 1970 blazer completely redone which included all new foam, black upholstery, boxed sides in rear, dash pad, door panels, sound deadener and all marine grade carpet for $650 out the door! The guy does a great job and he is seriously dirt cheap! My dad just got his ocean-cruiser completely redone in all marine grade material for $450...It was ALOT of material! Here's a decent pic of my blazer after interior...

Wow that is an awsome price if you were closer might be worth the drive
