The Sacramento Delta seems appealing to me. Anyone know of a place that's quiet , serene there. Something far away for the main channel.

Monday to friday morning is the only quiet time.  And the south delta is a mess all weekend.  No drag racing, just not a lot of space.  But a ton of water to explore.  Wakeboarders were bad, but the wake surfers have destroyed the water on the south end.  Pretty useless for our types on the weekend

I didn't see anybody recommending Nationwide.  My agent David Santana is a jet boat guy who writes policies all over the country.  916-517-9235 in northern cal.

I have talked to Dave in the past for insurance.  His a good guy for us NorCal folk

Former adjuster and Fraud Investigator here....  Be careful not fully disclosing info on your boat.  In CA(where most of us are), ANY misrepresentation of info on your policy is grounds to deny any claim.

It'd suck to have something happen, then the insurance company walk from it, BUT IT CAN AND DOES HAPPEN.    ALWAYS remember, when you deal with an insurance company, you are dealing with a financial institution.  Any other thing you think is marketing influence.  Your coverage comes down to one thing, your policy.  They wont pay for something not on the policy.   Your policy is the contract.  If you misrepresent your end of the policy, or contract, the contract can be void.

There is no good or bad companies.  There are good and bad policies.  This is where a good agent comes in.  There are ALOT more bad agents then good ones.   I could provide a ton more info, but feel i'm rambling
