i was just wondering why no one has put new place diverter kits on ebay at just alitte over there cost. somone could make a fortune, they sell no matter what the condition and at damn near new price. i know for one i would rather pay a little more for a new one than a used one my self but maybe im just

lol yeah thought about doing that when i replaced the engine last spring but oppted not to due to having to rebuild the sun deck and moving the seat forward to fit the engine, just didnt have the cash to do all of that plus insurance company paid for the new engine and they would not replace with a larger engine.........

ok guys i have a stupid question. i talked to a guy that has the same boat as i do, he said he could cruize at 52 mph, mine will only do 52 wot is this a good speed for this boat or do i need to rebuild my pump? tho not a big power boat i am running a 4.3 225 hp from what i gather its a c cut impeller,in a volvo penta jet (legend) 1850 pound boat

ok guys i went out and got majic erasers cleaned my interior very well, took out the dirt in the material texture 
tried everything in the past nothing worked. have a couple of oil spots on the bench seat that it didnt take out tho. gonna try the potato thing see how it does thanx for all the sugjestions.
ps. simple green and majic erasers is the chit.......

« on: May 24, 2009, 03:36:56 PM »If there's nothing on the tag that says -A-, -B- etc, they might have a different way of identifying there impellers (if they had more than one). The impeller (if its like most others) would / should have a letter stamped on the back of it that says what it is. But you would have to remove the bowl to see it, if its there.

the tag that is on the side of the pump is a volvo penta tag and volvo acts like they cant tell me anything about it. it was built by legend.

2 exhaust risers upper p/n 3854874
exhaust pipe (y pipe) p/n 3858873
flywheel housing p/n 3808573
drive line coupler p/n 3858437
complete power steering system not sure about the part numbers
dip stick suction type p/n is worn off
the motor mounts in the picture are used. 4.3 marine heads
4.3 marine exhaust manifolds center risers, marine intake & carb.
2 marine fuel pumps with filter assembly
4.3 electric control harness if interested please call 618-384-6704
