I just scuffed up the orginal gel for primer and used a 180 grit for that but for the gel I just followed the directions. First time shooting gel it came out real smooth no orange peel. I'm pumped to finish this boat

Engine hoist on the eyelet and 4x4 strapped in the rafters with a come along around the pump.It was sketchy at first.thinking as soon as we get it half way flipped the momentum would be uncontrollable.But flipped easy. Kept thinking I'm gonna ruin it I'm gonna ruin it.im excited!

por 15 the trailer and painted and stripped and repainted berk pump came out good .got a 454 and going thru it to see what i need to rebuild so far cam and timing cover. my buddy owned  this boat, ran over duck blew the impellar and launched it over a sand bar put a crack on bottom very fixable. haven't rode in it but i live this boat

first boat JET FKN BOAT.been lurking for awhile just to educate myself and still learning . this site rules very educational got an 82 eliminator sprint jet .finally time for the boat.  lets see if the pics go thru
