Mount a mechanical oil pressure gauge near the engine and compare the readings with the electric gauge on the dash.  It might not be as low as you think.

I run both. Mechanical off of my oil relocater and the one on the dash. I always trust the one on the rear by the motor. Seams like it's always 10psi more than the one on the dash.

750 is o.k., but an 850 would be better...,

More fuel is always better.  ;)

Yes he means inline. You should have one inline to the carb or from the fuel pump. The 1nch spacer shouldn't have nothing to do with why it runs like that, and I would stick with the 750 personally and go with a holley. It doen't have to be a marine carb. Only difference I think is the vent tube. prevent less flooding.

You might of done somthing when you cleaned the carb. Floats could be stuck open or set to high. needle could be bent or screwed up or you can just have dirt stuck were your needle and set is. Alot of things come into play.

I tried same thing with my phone too, but numbers came out different when we were on the boat.

Maybe 15 to 20 mph slower. When in my vehicle on the freeway right on. I don't know what happened on the water. They need a boat setting on the app. I used the garmin etrex from a buddy before and got a more accurate reading. It will give you the avg. and top speed.

lol. thanks daniel. Do they have a good ramp at twin palms. I read on a ad it was going to be $10 at aha quinn, so I don't know which one yet. I'll probably be up and around the area around 7 or 8 in the morning. Probably see you up there. I don't know when things are going to start around there.

LOL. Yeah I'm thinking about leaving my house early saturday morning. Don't know how early but early. Still haven't made up my mind yet on taking the vessel. That's why I asked if you need a boat to get to where everyone's at. I know I will end up taking it. Just thinking about the damn GAS bill for that weekend. Also going to head up to big river the following weekend for the float down.

Yeah I'm olny about 3 to 4 miles from the motel 6. It will only take 20 to 30 min to get to twin palms or aha quinn. How much is the launch at twin palms. I know its $10 at aha quinn. Well maybe I will see you out there.
