I would just do the floor ourself. just take your time and do it right... I'm going to redo mine this winter..

) then to a jet for 4 or 5 years. drove the sh!t out of it(broke the pump ) not all that bad of a boat, just cost me alot of money to fix it up I got it for 3500 and then put 8500 into it and than sold it for 9000 for My twin outboard...... ........

what a pain in the butt. Its just two different worlds. The outboard was way easier to rig than the jet (i/o too). I just forgot how much easier.

That is EXCELLENT stuff right there.it's a 1/4 stringer. no good for a blower motor. plus the pump suck too.
Isn't it Plesh that has a ridiculous blower motor that's been sitting for years? Not going in this one, is it?
Either way, congrats on what looks to be an excellent find! Another Southwind in the mix!
P.S. - Project boat? Looks more like a "drop a motor in and go" kind of boat to me. But hey, what do I know? Still a rookie with this shyt.
