I know some of you guys see 20k and say we are crazy but I'm sorry guys what do you think it cost to build a solid 1000 hp motor, a pump that can handle it, and the correct hardware to somewhat safely go 100+ in one of these boats. If someone can find a true 100+ mph Gullwing for around 10k sign me up for 2. And still could have saved almost 10k building mine.

"RTCP"
I agree, people think they can just scrape by and buy cheap and go fast but when u get down to the basics of building a legit boat the right way with all the right equipment to pull off 100 mph with a proper pump your looking at 30+ grand. It takes time and lots of cash to haul ass.

Amazing how we can turn something that has nothing to do with us, into all about us like that lady did.

We were at Parker yesterday and my kids earned a quarter for every person that waved back to them. They each ended up with a dollar.
There were more than four people that they waved to.  :-\

But a very different story at Big River the day before.
shit I'd be broke if I make that deal with my two kids down in blythe, everyone waves and even when floating they make sure your good and not broken down. Gotta love the lower river!!

Dam big guy that sounds like highway robbery to me.
that's what I told the owner whem I talked to him, he would charge 120 to store it there and wants 500 just because the guy is living in it, I guess it's more of a last resort type thing I dunno.... was just throwing it out there.

OO CP   thanks.

Jonnyboy92  I emailed them a couple of weeks ago, but haven't heard back. A few places I've talked with requires the RV to be 5 years old or less for long term staying. Mines an '05 so it excludes me. Maybe someone will have a "parking spot" on the side of their house or shop and I can rent it for a few hundred a month?? No hookups are needed. I have one of our guys on here in Riverside that offered a spot, but that's a hell of a drive each way.
there is place close to Irwindale called twin palms rv and boat storage I know the owner it's a very secure place and located off foothill just east of Irwindale Ave he said 500 a month, but he doesn't have hook up. Lmk
