ty anyone else know bout marine n street motors i know new motor is rebuilt for street can i put it in my boat as a cruzer til i fix my boat motor

 short answer, yes. I have a fresh 460 in my boat that was built for the street. You just need to be a little more carefull with it. ie making sure the motor is up to temp before getting on it hard. Put it in you will be ok

Marine is set a little looser, I believe. And what's the 8ba going in?

Yeah it blows, I really wanted my Dad's old boat back. But oh well such is life. That is actually me in the drivers seat, lol every time the cover came off the boat I had to get in and "drive''. I hope the pic helps, and if I find anymore pictures I will put the up

Well, apparently this is the only picture I have that is worth a damn. Dad bought this back in the mid/late 90's. This was by far the most reliable and pleasurable boat I remember him owning. In fact about the time I was looking to buy my first boat I came across this one on Craig's list, and tried buying it two different times, both times when I asked the seller what happened to cause him to sink the boat ( what I had heard, not in the add) an that either way it didn't matter I still wanted the boat. He stopped answering emails lol. He only
Wanted like 3 grand and told him I would buy the boat full price, still didn't matter lol.

I would stay away from the .120 over motor. That is pushing it to the enth degree with a stock 454 block. Personally I'd just have the motor rebuilt  and put it back to stock if you are just looking for reliability.

Yes I do have pics, and have to find them,but don't know numbers since I was very young(8/9 yrs) and Haskell's are not so much rare as the owners tend to keep them.

But after its machined will it still seal? That's the question, atleast 1/32-1/16 of an inch needs to be removed

It probably won't seal. What you could do is get ahold of pat like kayotik says have him turn it down and then get some pipe and have him turn that down about .003" too small, heat it up and slide it over the yolk. When it cools you will be good I go and the interference will prevent it from coming loose.

Do I need to run a bypass fuel regulator or just a one in one out reg. sorry not too savvy on the fuel regulator choices. Sorry for dumb questions.

I'm not going to say you need it or not, but I have three motors  (two that have superchargers) with just the summit brand regs with no bypass and they run fine.

Engine stand is cool, but if I didn't know any better I'd venture to say someone is missing an engine and not happy about it

Dude this blows, and i fell for you. But, I agree it's pointless to call someone out. All it will do is blow up, TRUST ME. For what it's worth I hope this gets resolved and you are able to get your boat on the water this season.

Normally they are just held together by the tabbing at the seam. If you eat to get creative and make the joint like fort Knox, look into SMC panel bonding adhesive. Or really an automotive panel bonding adhesive. The glass will tear around the joint before the joint will fail.
