Jet Pumps / Re: Manual vs hydraulic place diverter
« on: March 04, 2008, 09:09:35 AM »
Brad, Can you post up a link or pic of what you are talking about ;D sounds like a good idea. 2sav

one of the con's for manual is the handle.....

ultimatly i am not going to run a floor in the liberty so that forces me to use a stringer mount handle......and with only one place to mount it....between my legs. yeah, that might be ok for everyday lake boats.....but for racing, the last thing i want is a diverter handle in the balls.

I dont want to run hydrolic either, so i might look into one of those cav plate type handles. Theres a few on ebay.

Jet Pumps / Manual vs hydraulic place diverter
« on: March 04, 2008, 07:16:54 AM »
This is my scenario. I have somewhat of a hydraulic place diverter, but im thinking about going manual. Since you guy's out there have both what is your opinion with it  Pro's/con's ;D

I have the pump, but dont even know if it works. I have the wiring, the ram (i think its called) and dont even know if its any good...

I dont want to do it twice thats why im thinking manual, you know it will work ;D

Opinions please.........this is what i have so far
