It looks like rex is the one that sells flat alum rail..nothing else I have seen looks like it will work on my boat...all taco has a lip on bottom..shipping is crazy for 12 pcs...thanks

12 pieces?  how big of a boat is this?  they're 12 feet long.

and what are you gonna do with all those holes in the back?  you cant run 4 exhaust pipes... looks like you're in for a LOT of fiberglass patching up and then paint before you start even thinking about rigging.  whatever setup mouzer has probably doesnt fit the holes drilled into the transom where the existing stuff was.  once its all patched up then u can put holes back into it where they need to be.

dropped the exhaust off today to be welded up and then hopefully ill have time to send it off to be polished up.  if not ill just run it ugly for a little while...

so they're upset that you're doing an orientation somewhere else?  they should be.  i wouldve done a sick day, and left it at that.  they dont need to know any other information.  why would u even tell them that you're potentially working somewhere else without giving a PROPER notice that you'd be leaving the company?  they're prolly worried that you're about to bail on them.  theres nothing bad about leaving a company.  you're not the first employee to leave and you wont be the last.  but you gotta go about it the right way so you make yourself look good to both sides. 

imagine the conversation after the phone call:

you: "hello, this is bob, im currently at company B doing an orientation..."
them: "wait... what?"

after the call "i just got off the phone with bob and he's working for another company"

Those seats look good man, glad to see you kept the round seat shape. Most of the places I went were trying to make mine square, not very fitting for a nostalgic jet.  Color is clean also, keep it up.

yeah and honestly i like the round look a little more.  the boat is more round and honestly its not a bad ass racing boat with top notch stuff in it.  i wanted something simple and easy to maintain.  a lot of those square modern seats also have a lot more bolstering to em and take up more room. 

those guys are nuts....

You gonna leave one slightly longer to even out....I still thing you need to find a set of m/t valve covers or get a set of spacers for what you had.

No doubt the morosos suck. Looking into the spacer route.  But for 200+ I could just get a set of manifold friendly covers too. Prolly toss my. New covers up for sale.
