Does it leak?mine was not that bad maybe 1 1/2" over all, I did exactly what GT said and installed a keel guard I think I remember mine being like 5' that's it, when the boat is in the water and also running u can't see it. And u have the protection of beaching it.
Look into a keel guard.

:D:D when in doubt NOS it out lol
I like it big small block. How does it like the E85 with Nos I was told its not a great idea.from what he says and the guy knows his shit is NOS loves e85 more then any other fuel out there and with e85 u can actually run more timing since the motors run cooler.
It's a 421ci 14:1 on e85.that e85 is no joke, buddy has his civic k series motor on e85 and 200 shot and makes over 330hp. In a little civic hahahaha. Make sure you guys take video of the runs can't wait to see them.

OK, you have an Apple in one hand and an Orange in the other. Now please compare the two.jake is the man, jake gets my vote for mayor of blythe hahahahaha
If it's leaking around the transom cover you need to pull it off and clean it thoroughly, then install with good silicone sealant.just like crew chief said, if the transom adaptor is leaking get all the old stuff out and clean the hell out of it amd use a good silicone clear. Just got done doi by the same thing to my dad's boat and bought the silicone at home depo. Good luck let us know how it turns out
Again, if it's the transom cover you do NOT want to use epoxy.
Post some pics of the area you are talking about so we can make sure you're on the right track.
is there a high octane gas station 100 or 110 around the area. I want to say the chevron off lovekin used too but that was years ago when I went.not that I know of, I don't think that chevron does anymore. Maybe jake will chime in he knows all the little secrets in that town hahahaha. Sick float BTW
