Tom- That Miller looked sweet! Not to jack a thread but I have to say this about Tom. We put the our boat in the water at nacimeinto saturday morning, loaded up with ez up's, coolers, and chairs for the day beach. Before I pushed off the trailer I turned her over and no fire! Pulled the boat out and back to the house we went. It took a good part of the day trouble shooting the problem. Petronics went out on the dist. Made a call to Tom's shop, thought forsure there would be no answer. To my surprise his wife answered the phone. Told Tom the problem and he said come on down right now. A half an hour later we pulled up to Toms shop, he handed me a dist. that he had already put together for me and sent us on our way. Got back dropped it in, found # 1 and it fired right up!!! 
It was dark so we thought what the hell we'll set the timing in the morning. Woke up all excited to take the Miller out for some Labor day fun. Drove back to the launch ramp put the boat in again... hit the key and heard the worst grinding noise, starter took a sh*t on me 
Called around nobody had one, weekend was over for the Miller but lucky we were up there with some cool friends and we hanged with them all weekend long on there boat.
Tom, Thank you for waiting around for us and hooking us up with that dist. I'll give you a call later on. Bummed we didn't make it over to see you guys on Sunday. I liked reading about the Miller project. Looks better in person! Keep up the great work! And when are we going to see some numbers from that Miller?

Believe me , Competative will be hearing from me , again.I'm goin to Americas tire co. as soon as I get some money together for some new tires . There warranty is worth it's weight in gold . Got there tires on my truck . Damaged two brand new tires and each time it was a free tire and $15 for a new warranty on the new tire .

So you got the boat done in twenty something days, forgot to look over that trailer huh? Same thing happened to us on our first trip to the river, but we spun bearings... cost about the same as your tires to get us back on the road. Glad you guys made it home safely! Nice to meet another Miller owner.

Well aren't you guys cute together....trying to gang up on me. I'm just going to say that my engine and pump are coming out sometime in the next 2 weeks (time off permitting) and ahhh we'll just see who will be leaving me in their wake this time.
You know between the Miller owners that show up we are going to run em to see who has the fastest Miller..... the winner will get a really GOOD beer...fat tire, Firestone, Sam Adams something that the winner can sit back and savor the moment type a thing!!
So I will be looking for ways to gain a little ground this time!

I have a '73 Miller that rides real wet and I bet a doop would help out alot but knowone makes them for Jacuzzi's.
I may be forced into getting the energizer kit. That would in turn allow me to run a droop correct?
But to stay within my budget I'd realy like to see one made for the Jacuzzi WJ.
