The No Wake Zone / Just Why ?????

My entire phone system and internet has been unreliable from time to time, I have verizon..
Done with them, can anyone rec. a GOOD service.

I finally got it up on my own today....There tech service blows...they could'nt fix it ...I did.
I welcome your help
