i mounted mine on the side of my back seat wood. my back seats face each other and the side that is by the engine worked out just fine.

i am using a hydraulic unit and have had no problems since install 3 yrs ago=as far as knowing where you are on nozzle =i use a quick count as i push the button and with some practice i am pretty close to where i want it to be and with the hydraulic you can do alot of rooster dancing alot easier==haha

yea it did look like shit=it had been sitting for 6 yrs uncovered. it originally came from florida
hull is in fine shape and with allittle elbow work the paint i think will be ok
and to answer gregs question, this will have to wait as i have my other southwind apart as i am doing a ride plate setup on it and switching to a new split bowl pump and maybe a pump setback. but i will be ready by may 1st

it was on ebay last week,had to go pick it up in billings, montana over the weekend. had a great trip short and fast. drove straight thru on friday ,spent the night in billings and drove home sunday
