Trailers / trailer bunks to high

I just put the Fantasy project on my other trailer and now it seems the boat sits really high on the trailer. Different hull than what it was built for, so is there any dis'advantage of it sitting to high other than having to put the trailer deeper in the water to launch 
The bunk risers are welded on and i was thinking about cutting them off and using the adjustables to bring it down some, but thats more money that i could put into the boat.
It looks like it has a lift kit when it sits on the trailer

Well i cant speak for the other Ford guy's but, so far i have bought new rods and crank soon to be new pistons for my build.
I m not reusing much, And i was just thinking yesturday about Ralphs aluminum heads until i seen the price tag of $2,000 +
Needless to say i will just keep the D3's and PORT them

Thats one of the things im worried about, machine shops the one here in town i have used a few times for block work but never for a performance build. And have heard horror stories from others about the same machine shop. Same thing with Havasu. But i have heard alot of good things about the one in Kingman.

Well thanks for everyone's opinion It seems no matter what is brought to the table someone has had neg experience with it, Its like comparing Ford with Chevy you just cant win
But for the price im getting these Probes for, i cant pass it up, and my engine builder is happy with the Probes also. I am getting ready to send the payment off so this was a last minute wait am i fucking up again cause i seem to do that alot lately

Ok now i have a question on the TRW(speed pro) pistons
These Power Forged pistons from Speed-Pro are designed to fit tight, thanks to a special aluminum alloy that doesn't expand as much as other alloys. They'll provide the stability and ring control that you need, plus the strength that you want. Speed-Pro pistons also feature ribbed skirts for better oil retention and even include new wrist pins!

Of course I could not get an answer to why they were junk which is usually the case. I get so tired of people telling to something is crap with no explination why.
Yeah i listened to too many people when i started this engine build, when they said it was trash i sold whatever it was that i just bought. Now i get answers to why they think it is no good. Im not doing that again i could of had this motor built if i just listened to people that knew what they were doing, not people that think they know what they are doing and giving an opinion of a part that they have never even used

As far as the block go's the machine shop said .030 should take care of it, it looks worse than it really is.
I am just waiting for this Holiday shit to get over with so i can go back to spending all my $$ on whats important

One tank maybe two tanks thats alot of empty line if you lose you'r prime. But i could be wrong, i was always told close to the tank
