Well this is my new project boat 1976 Fantasy i am told it was a splash off a sleekcraft but is a little wider. first things first is to clean it all out, I have a friend lined up to do a clear coat for it and then we will start with the pump and move forward 
The engine is a 455 Olds thats been punched out .40 over with rebuilt "K" heads and a Nodular crank, also has the oiling mods done (restricters)
Today i spent scraping the old glue and carpet off the floor, Man what a bitch! But its done unless Jim say's different ( he probably will) but im lucky to have his help and knowledge. Here's a few pics as we go along.

How many hours are on the motor? Dont run that chit in a fresh motor or it will never seal right (rings) has to be broke in first. Unless someone else knows something i dont? Anybody
