Question, why run a multi-grade oil in a boat? If you boat in the southwest the oil is 80/90 degrees before you even start the engine.

A lot of truth in what Glass Cutter said. It's a full time job with kids, someone has to keep an eye on them 100% of the time. My kids grew up boating on Parker strip. They both water skied on Parker at 4 years old. Then again Parker was different place in the early 70's.
No alcohol allowed when boating with kids.

Met you at Big Bend. If I remember correctly the lines from the tee valve to the header was #8 aeroquip hose. Remove the hose to the header and check for a internal flapper. It  is easy to cut the rubber linner when installing the fitting to hose.

Popping out exhaust, cyl is firing with exhaust valve partially open. Pull one plug wire at a time when the popping stops you will know what cylinders are causing the problem. Sounds like incorrect firing order.
