Just looked at gauges on ebay. How about 65.00 including shipping. That should beat any ebay price, and if you dont like them just send them back.

Ok.  So I saw a video about a guy who used water to run a car.  Me being the ever curious guy I am, decided to do a little research and see what the fuss is about.  Seemed logical to me, and I'm tired of getting fisted everytime I filled up with gas.  So this little water fuel contraption claims to give 25% at least increase in fuel economy.  At 12 miles to the gallon thats going to save me some coin.  So I did the absolute dumbest thing and went ahead and ordered the plans.  Seems simple enough, I have most of the shit laying around.  The real question will be what happens when I build this thing.  Will I smoke the motor?  Or will I seriously injure myself?  This little project will be done this weekend.  I have a mpg meter on the truck so I will be able to tell in a short amount of time if this thing works.  Probably be able to tell it doesn't work when the fucking motor sends pistons through the hood and I'm really fucked.  So, am I  for trying this out?  This is a true act of desperation, due to the fact that to go to the lake for a weekend is running me about 250 bones for fuel alone, not to mention driving during the week.

Allright.  So I was moving from brooklyn to 29 palms, had a 19 1/2 foot Stingray that I was towing with a penske truck.  So it was fine for the first 400 or so miles.  In Virginia, on the highway at about 8 at night, I glance in the side mirror and a shower of sparks is coming off the trailer.  I didn't feel it jerk or anything, so I thought the fucking thing caught fire.  So I pull over right away (conviently right next to an exit).  Jump out and the damn wheel came off, not really sure what happened, I'm guessing it locked up.  Couldn't see the axle as it was buried in mud on the side of the road.  So I walk through the rain to the truck stop (mind you this is december and its pouring on a friday night).  Call 2 different tow companies, they cant help me.  Call this place called Angels towing, guy said he had a rollback and would come out to get me.  So I unhook the boat and pull the truck up and wait.  So John pulls up in his truck and I jump out.  He starts loading the trailer, his daughter and I walk back down the road to see if we can find the tire.  So I find the tire and I'm walking back with it.  This is when I notice that my truck is not where I left it, it appears to be alot closer to the rollback.  Upon further investigation, when I jumped out to meet him, I left the truck running and forgot to put it in park.  It sat there for a few minutes and stalled which let it drift back into his truck.  What a fabulous night this is turning out to be.    So we get back and jack up the jack up the trailer, and the axle is grinded down and cracked, perfect, needs a new axle.  So I said the hell with it asked him if he just wanted to keep it, I didn't feel like dealing with the hassle of finding an axle.  So he said sure and didn't charge me for the tow, they were even kind enough to give me a couple turkey sandwiches and offered me a place to sleep for the night.  Nice people they turned out to be.  So there you have it.

Ive run them in cars and I thougth the standard rule was the shorter the ground wire the better.  Course in a car there are 54 thousand places to ground, the boat, not so much.....

How do I know what I'm looking for?  Is there a difference between marine and car apps?  I didn't check ebay yet going there right now.

Anyone have any gauges they want to part with for cheap?  I need to replace mine, the tach bounces around so much I can't tell what I'm running at half the time, and my water temp gauge stopped working.  I'm pretty sure these gauges came original with the boat.

No its an aftermarket.  Bought it off of propertyroom.com for 12 bucks.  Its a cheap rampage, the cd player doesn't work but I just wanted it for the aux jack up front.  Was going to do it today but never got around to it.  Thanks for the tips.

I have a stereo I want to install, but I'm not sure how to wire it so its off when the ign is off.  Any help/tips would be great.

Do you take the wheel off and then remove them or do you or take them off first?

Just once a season?  I thought it broke down and you lose protection after a couple of months.  Full syn gives the best protection is the concensus I'd imagine.  Straight 50W it is.  Anyone on the RPM?
