I got mine done in powder and it came out great. Trailer, fenders, axles, floater bar you name it, it was done. It cost me 900.00 from a place down in Huntington Beach.

It cost $600.00. It is this lady who lives in cypress,ca. She got the material Monday and was finished by Tuesday. After she sewed the material together it took her 45 min to fit it and bam done. Definitely a happy customer.

The No Wake Zone / avi question
« on: March 26, 2014, 08:56:33 AM »
I have stayed at the avi before but have never launched from there. I always head to and launch from Jack Smith Marina. My question is can I boat from avi all the way to jack smith with no problem or is it pretty shallow there?

No, I loaded it on a flatbed trailer with the axles and everything else that I wanted powdercoated. Dan offered me the option to take it down rolling and they would even assemble it when it was done. You can take it there and they will take it apart.

Nope not paint, it's all powder coat. Once I removed the boat off the trailer and finished all the fab work I looked at my options. Where am I going to paint, who's gonna help me flip it, prep time, sanding time, paint supplies. I trailered it to the powdercoater and he sandblasted it, primed it and powdered it all for me.
