Has any had there boat appraised ? I got boat insurance thru USAA which sends all water craft policy's to progressive so the agent asked me if I had my boat appraised, I told him no and he said if you do to send that to him and he will add that to policy and if I wanted to sell it or buy something I can use it like you can with a vehicle. He told me that the appraiser price is what some place would use instead of NADA. Kinda goofy.

I sold you what I paid for so if you want to try to take me to court more power to you. Like I said I bought the motor from a guy named Brice. Like I have said you bought it as is. You heard it run in my garage for 10 min and you got a hard on and couldn't get it hooked to your truck fast enough. You took it to the lake and river and you told me it ran fine and it was so fast it scared your wife. I sure the hell am not going to buy another motor to give you, so feel free to do what you think you need to do. As far as I'm concerned you and I and all this bullshit is done until I get court papers. End of story.

That is not who I got the motor from I got the motor from a guy named Brice. The motor ran just fine when you were here in my garage and you took it to the lake 4+ times. Not my fault you don't know anything about boats or motors. I have pics of you and your crackhead friends messing with in. If you want to take me to court please do. I have the build sheet that I paid for. You also bought the motor as is. Once the judge tells you that you don't have a leg to stand on, you can be more than happy to try to take the guy I bought the motor from like I said his name is Brice. If you would like to keep going round and round keep it up. Like I said. Once and I guess I will tell you again and if you can't comprehend this time maybe I draw you a pic with crayons for you to understand. I got f***ed out of more money than what the price I sold you for the boat and motor. You told me couple weeks ago via text that the internal are good parts and I offered you a free set of 049 heads and you told me your mechanic said the heads that are on the motor are good especially with all the porting done. So make a paypal if you want to be reimburse for the check I didn't know that didn't clear or you can take me to court for it and I will have a money order ready in hand. I will not send you another check for one my account doesn't even show you cashed it. So please do what you feel like you need to do. More power to you.
