Boat Racing / Re: Nostalgia Jet

Have been in contact with the powers to be. Nostalgia Jet will run under the original rules as a local class. The CJ class reps will oversee the class. All boats will be inspected  for safety. The full stringers and the stringer mounted seats will not be a requirement. The seats will be inspected for secure mounting( No lag Bolts thru a rotten sub-floor) I will have a copy of the rules posted shortly. Now it's time for you to step up and make this happen. I need a at least 4 boats entered to run the races.

Kyle  As i've said before i only need to have 4 confirmed boats and i can get ross to add it to the schedule. I have sent out a e mail to try and get answers on the stringers and seat mounting. As you know NJ is a local class and there for the rules are not covered under yhe IE Commission

Since NJ is considered a local class the powers to be have stated that NJ will follow CJ rules as to the stringers, seats and rudder.( safety Issues) I will get with them and see if we can't work on the rules to allow more boats to qualify, with safety inspections before the boats are allowed to race. If there is real interest in this class I am willing to do what I can. I would love to see this class make a come back as i feel it will help new CJ drivers get add'l seat time.

I want to congradulate all of the CJ"s and their crews on a great weekend. We put on a great show and i expect a great year.  Brad the hard work and time you put into your boat just to make the race was super. I also need to thank Harold Bruce and the R&D crew for all the help they give to all the CJ's. They bring a lot of knowledge and support even when their are not racing. Thank you all
