I bought 4 new rims and tires today. I went up in size from 205/75/14 to 205/75/15. The trailer drags it's ass on every driveway. I wanted a little taller tire to get off the ground. I paid $345 for all 4 tires mounted on rims. I also changed my oil. On Saturday, my wife and I drive up to JetBoatPerformance and drop it off. We are getting a new Dominator style energizer pump with a hydraulic pd. we are very excited to hit the water this year!
My old rims will be up for grabs if anyone needs them. I also have the hubcaps. The tires aren't bad either. Lug pattern is 5x4.5.

How much are you asking for the four wheels and tires? I could use a set.

I'd be happy with 500 for the trailer. You can have the hull. I can leave the jacuzzi wj intake in it, with steering cable and reverse cable, and wiring harness.

Gonna have to talk to momma, today would be a good day because it's my birthday... LMAO...

I will be sure to let you know.. Do you have a picture of the back and do you hold the title?

That is a sweet looking hull...

GT

Happy birthday.
I don't have a pic today, as I'm not around the boat until tomorrow.

No

I'm waiting on title for boat and trailer, PO promised to mail it to me. I do have a bill of sale from them.

Need small block chevy rail kit or some kind of mounts. I'm pulling the Ford out .

Sent from my SGH-M919 using SoCal Jet Boats mobile app

I will be using the rear bell housing mount, but the two side mounts are for sale. I'm not sure if the bolt locations on the sides are the same on  sbc and bbc.

Yes, I would definitely part with it. It will be just a hull and trailer by the end of the week.
Let me know what you are willing to pay for it. Or you are welcome to the hull by itself for free.

Jet Pumps / Re: trouble installing place diverter
« on: March 15, 2014, 07:56:48 PM »
I'm confused which holes for the diverter were stripped?
The top pin, that was previously your tiller arm pin, does not get used. Instead a short one with a 5/16 threaded hole gets put in. The lower pin gets reused. Make sure you use new nylon bushings.
The hole on the trim arm is either oblong, for a hydraulic or circle for a manual.
The the cable that you have now, what diameter is it?

Engine Mechanical / Electrical / Re: Bbc cam?
« on: March 15, 2014, 02:47:57 PM »
Iv used comp cams xtreme marine xm278h number 11.240.4

Excellent performance, sound, and best of all, no real valve train modification manditiory, although any time you install an "upgraded cam" it's best to use new/matched springs.

If you are upgrading the cam, i take it you gave an aftermarket intake?

Use the valve covers and rear bell housing from it, for my other build...
Then park it at my shop for now. My buddy has his eye on the trailer.

Yea, for a boat that has been sitting outside since '99, the original gel is in very good shape. Some small stress cracks, but with a light color sand and buff, this thing will shine up nicely.

Hasn't even been 10 days since my knee surgery and I'm back at it!

Another orphan followed me home. A '78 Crusader tunnel hull. With all the boat builds I got going on right now, this one will be put to the back burner. Needed a few chevy parts. Nothing like buying an entire boat for just a few parts! Lol. If anyone needs any parts, let me know, I got a shop full !
