I would love to be able to sandblast them but i have to find a sandblaster first. Maybe i can send them to the high school if they have a auto shop or do you think the welding shops should have one.

Well i still have to get my front mount welded so i think i will be calling around. If not i will try that simple green stuff ;D Got plenty of time. The longer it takes the more beer i drink.

Hey i kinda like that.

So what do you use to clean all this crap off?  I was thinking about sandblasting them or is there something else i can use. I figure while its down it gives me time to clean everything up and make it look close to new again.

Na, i never pressure tested anything, all i did was run a garden hose through the snails/log's and try to see if it leaked internaly, but i could not hold enough pressure to it. Got any idea how to do it.

If you think its covered under "homeowners" ins.  You better get additional, it has a motor. That is what i was told by my agent. If my house at that time burnt down it would not have been covered. Nice boat lots of $$$ i hope you have your ducks in a row ;D

Well i was kinda hoping you would tell me they were the wrong one's.  This way i can justify going with the headers ;D  I dont want no more probs after the motor is done.

There is no motor in the boat to hook the logs to for height, unless a pic of them on the ground is good? I can do that now.

Ok back to the NOT GAY topic of flappers. I went and checked them just now, maybe this is why i had so mush water in the pan?  I think im gonna go headers and plug them holes. No more worry's about flappers ;D

dont look like its sealing and it is bent out instead of being flush.

no, you misread my question...you said you had to replace them a couple of times due to a jelous ex boyfriend....

why would a jealous ex boyfriend cause you to replace gaskets on your logs?

also, im not pissed, just confused.

Ok i can see why you are confused. It was actually a two part question, i guess i put them to close together.

I did not have to change the gaskets because of her "x" boyfriend it was the flappers. For some unknown reason just before  i would get ready to take the boat out i found the flappers were cut off with a knife or something sharp.  That is why i was asking if it would allow water into the block/motor.

Stupid question i know.

Maybe we both misread ;D

I never thought it would upset people so much that they never got their FREE shit  ;D

Honestly, I need to order some more....also, I need to get ink for my printer ...which costs more then the printer cost  ???

lastly, I need to find time to do that between working the day job, setting up sponsor packages, fixing the gallery, setting up the new store with a whole new line of clothing, getting my licenses so this is all legit, babysitting the bad apples on this site, responsibilities representing the jet class, working on the boat(s), working on new marketing ideas, etc...too much to do, so little time.

This site is slowly killing me.

Take a breath drink a beer, yell at your neighbor ;D. Dude if it matters this site is a big help, free shit or not dont matter. Its just something else to bitch about.

You are the man, dont let it get you down.

Isn't that backwards? If I could see cracks in the logs or snails then I would worry about it.  ???

I guess when you ask a question and they get pissed or something they type to fast.

But thats just a thought.
