Not all engines have 2 dumps. Are both necesary with the bypass?
That's the wayy the boat came when I bought it and it seems to work good as far as cooling goes.

You shouldn't need more than one in a v bottom. one big bildge should be fine. i run 3 in the tunnel but the 2 on the outer sponsoms dump into the center tunnel and then out
I was just wanting a back up. One automatic and one manual back up. Could I plumb the back up into the engine circuit. Or I guess put one on the drivers side of boat.

So that means one hole for each pump. Ugh I already have 4 holes back there. One pump bypass, two engine dumps, and one bilge. So there's no alternative other than adding another hole?

It's better to confirm that nothing is wrong.
I guess you're right. Now I'm paranoid and have to set another appointment which is going to be tough since I've canceled twice. Ugh

I would say those are probably good primer guns. A good paint gun is going to run around 300$ plus.  Not saying you couldn't paint with those but I wouldn't personally use them. JMO

Sorry I tried to read it but it just gave me a head ache. All the pissing and moaning I thought I was reading a thread on a different site. Actually had to check and make sure I was on SCJB site because I rarely see that kind of bickering here. That's what makes this site such a pleasure to be a part of. All of us on this site are here for each other. Lets leave the pissing contest for the other sites. JMPO

I can't believe you put that thing in salt water. I don't think I could after all the work you've done. I'm sure you flush the hell out of it. You definitely need to hit some fresh water with that beauty.  I bet you're itching to open her up!!

Then  the motor problems he's had really sucks. I hope he finds a good machine shop. That last builder he had really screwed him over from the threads I've read of his.

IMO use a quality gun to lay your base and clear a cheaper one is ok for your primer. And treat them like a fine woman!!!! My Davilbis gun looks like its never even been used. Stay away from the cheap stuff and completely dissemble and thoroughly clean with every use!!!!!
