I just used regular stainless course thread screws on mine I think there #12 or 14 and haven't had a issue at all. What kind of pedal do u have? Post some pics up so we can have a better idea of what's going on. I have a open bow also and I have days of room between my sub floor and bottom of boat so maybe your just using too small of a screw or not course enough thread. Either way pics asap

Omar do u have the first one or the second one with Bluetooth, uncle bobby has the first with the doc I have the second with the USB port and Bluetooth and u can definitely hear the difference and how much louder it is.

Costco 150 bucks there so sick it's 75hrs battery life, 50 watts and don't get discouraged cause it's loud for only 50 watts and the Bluetooth is 50feet. Makes it nice cause it doesn't drain ur battery and u don't have to go back and fourth to change songs also has a mic and a USB port to charge shit. Now they make them 1/2 the size I think Walmart also Carry's them. Can u tell I love the shit outta mine lmao I feel like I'm trying to sell them door to door!!!

I have a killer stereo in my boat in my opinion and others it's stupid loud and clear but in the past two summer I have taken my ion block
Rocker for the beach it's battery powered and last 75hrs music via Bluetooth and rechargeable!! Best gift the wife bought me.
