in short, no. salvage rights dont apply to land locked waterways.
i had a lawyer friend of mine look into this when the 'later' thread over on hotboat was going on...he said theres a national law that applies to all unless theres state or local law that says otherwise. of course if you are a LICENCED salvage company you can pull it up and put a lein on it for the salvage fee.
'later' was a guy that sunk his boat at piru and begged for donations to get it up...he got a couple grand if i recall then never brought it up...so a few of us were going to pull it up and sell it to get back the peoples money. as far as i know...either it was all a fib or the boat is still on the bottom of piru about 150' down.
he was just scamming.

HAHA.....yeah i will be launching out of princess cove.....thinking somewhere around there??

Where's my nitrous plate fuker!

i got a bare hull for dirt cheap for sale and it sits on a tandem axle trailer.....but its in vegas.
I had a 91 Dakota 4x4 with the 318 and it was the biggest fuel sucking beast I've ever driven. It was my work truck when I was commuting 120-250 miles a day and would have to fill it every day.
Good find, and as long as you're not driving the wheel off it should be good for a long time.

Yeah, but, but, but... It doesn't match your boat...
Good lookin truck though. Nice find! What year is it? Does it have a 318 or 360?
You better come hang out , I have a ford that needs killing!

Positive Drinking
I like this one alot. That is good.
Im just saying that if your buy a vehicle that its a quarter of a century old you better be prepared to drop some $$ into it. Hell if you buy something a few years old its gonna be the same way!

So your saying "NOTHING" has ever broken on it?

on a 24 year old truck you have to expect things like that not working.

I kind of like the blazer
x2 lets see the 2sav mobile

Yeah the 4 wheel drive works great. Pulled out my 78 bronco from some soft sand. I have ridden in this truck and it runs very well.
you still got a knot on your head
