Project Boats For Sale / Re: Cole flat bottom for sale

First three letters of HIN should be a dead give away.
Paperwork, especially with boats, is hit and miss sometimes.
It doesn't look like your common Cole.
Not to say it can't be some obscure early model.
Unless I know the guy or he has a reputation for being honest, I consider all boat guys sum bags.
Some of the shadiest guy around.

Haha sounds good to me.. !! I like ur thinking Jake, Everyones telling me they will help me but you know how that goes  :screwy: ... Ill probably take you up on that Jake, Slowly knock out the lil inside projects.. I deff don't wanna mess with the 45' x 10' drive way though!!! So if someone pours concrete let me know!!! Ive been quoted 1800 for the drive way   ?
I would kill to get a price like that for that much concrete work out here...... that's a great price.
I had a 14x18 slab poured out here last year and it was 800 bucks....

dang...... mussel fee..... we register with fish and game.  2 years.  I'd have to look but I think
mine was 14.00.
the title fee was 12 bucks....... no other fees

no mussel checks  / hot water baths / seals. / inspections etc

I saw exactly ONE game warden all season , he was at the marina helping a guy tow his boat to the ramp on 4th of July weekend....

you were very lucky......

I've seen exactly one boat fire....it was FAST -and scary.....and put a lasting impression in my mind for sure.

I RR my fuel lines every year. it's cheap insurance and it provides piece of mind...... it may be overkill but I don't mind.

The best thing about hiring a lic contractor is if they do bad inexcusable work...you can go after there bond. No contractor wants to hear you say that. Make sure that there lic is up to date as well the bond greater than job being performed.  Hiring an unlicensed you dont have to give them a dime. If they try an sue you, it will not hold up in court and they will get fined for operating without a lic.  I value my cslb lic with my life.

yes, I do know it will be done right, and I really feel good when I'm finished and it's a good job. it just makes me crazy that people who're IN the business are such asswipe slackers.
I say if yer gonna do a job, the by GOD do the fooking job RIGHT or get the hell out and go pound sand. that goes for mowing the lawn, flipping a burger, or building a boat engine or whatever!!!!

dumbasses to the core......looks like it turned out well
for you though!

the real dilemma for me is I am already literally in the middle of remodeling my master bath!!!!

luckily, I had already installed the toilet in the master ....the floor supports in the front bath for the shower are good. so basically I have a 1/2 bath x 2
