Milkmoney (Dave)
It was nice to see you and some of the other guys (from Az., Nv., & I think Co.) trailer out to Elsinore for this event. Seems that we're always going out to the river and I know thats in your backyard pretty much.
I just like the change of pace in the winter time!
Great to see everyone again!
Looking forward to this 2010 season...

n8dawg (nate) ,, it is always goodtimes to see ya also. we made the trip for that exact reason to do something different, had a great weeknd and theweather was great and meet a few new people also. and got to see some ol friends..looking forward to more events and a great year for boating and getting together again. in fact lori asked me last night what events do we have planned for so far this year, i was like shit i dont know for sure but i know we are booked up for alot of boating outings until  end of april that i could think right off the top of my head..dam i gonna need her to get another job, gots lots of fuel to buy.. we also have the big (lake boat) that we also basically do the same thing with that we do with the jet. so we double the dose of boating pleasures..

anyways lokking forward to more this year to come..

ha ha i got a helper that used my 15/16ths wrench yesterday and when i went to use it today its not there  so i looked in his oil cart and sure enough there it was. so i put it on top of my box where he could not see it and asked him where it was. he said i put it back in the box, i say well get it for me i need it. he looks and said its not there. i said yeah i know, then told him the snap on truck will be here thursday and he will be buying me a new one. about a  70 dollar lesson he is about to get.

ok i finally have seen the mean side to ol' ralphy boy, good times saturday..

right there with that comment of having a sweet piece of history is why i dont want to sell it... i would like to see your sled. where are the pics at? evrytime i have said i wanted to do something to this boat everybody, meaning all my friends say dont touch it, just go buy something else to mess with..

i have even had my friends which some of them buy and sell boats like i change underwear tell me if they had it they would not sell it. so i ahve basically come to the decision not to sell the boat. but it gets harder and harder to keep taking it out. it drives me crazy to see it get wet and sit in the sun for a day.  iknow it sounds crazy but thats my ocd side of me..i jus think it adds to the boat that i will still use it..ok it is what it is. enough about my sled..thanks again for the comments i dop appreciate them..

oyu know ray, i dont know if i could actually sell it when it came down to it. i think i can then when i have someone semi-seriuos . then i start ?ing my decision..i dont think i will have to cross that bridge. everybody wants to go fast these days. the jetboat crowd isnt much for original and slow. so it is what it is...no worries..

Thanks dude! I refuse to show any such posts to the kids! That way they don't get anything over on me! (They ARE great kids though! I guess I did something right in a former life.)

Roxy might notta been there, but I'll tell you what, Ralph was "Parent of the Year" at this thing!  What a beautiful, fun lil girl too! I think the memories of all the shenannigans going on around her, while she was playing, she wil remember well! (As mine will! They're already committed to going next year!)

Good Job Ralph!

BTW, Your boat is worth MORE that 12K, IMHO. I don't think there's a cleaner original 70's jet boat in existence! Too bad there's not a Barrett-Jackson for boats!  Hmmmmmm   :sly:

Ray

your  welcome ray, lori and myself were talking about ralphs cute little girl also in how she was behaved and very polite. him and  his wife are doing a good job also..  thanks again for the nice words about the sled..i thought they had boats at barret-jackson. hmmm your right..i think a  collector would like to have it, if there is such a thing..

as a person that has never had any kids in 42 years and will not have any. i seem to sense the behavior of children real quick, probably due to the fact that unbehaved  and out of control children irratate me. so i always make a point to tell parents that i think their doing a good job...
