that should be the 460 engine. They are good engines and have alot of HP and torque, and hey, look on the bright side, if the engine in ur truck ever went out you could use one from a boat :-D
you race people in the 2sav mobile?
alot of U joints that I used to sell when I worked at autozone had zerks on them lol.
sorry, im a little slow this evening....is something busted or are you makin a funney?
That's a real good point, don't run too high viscosity of oil (I'm thinking 10W40) and maybe a stat kit for say 160* would prolong the inevitable, stat kits for Fords aren't too common, but there are other ways to skin this cat.
GT
shes all stock.....outta a 78 f250
Panther Jet? Whooooooooo's Panther Jet?
You can spew all the lies you want Ryan,
I respect your response. Its not that I am not taking responsibility, the whole point of this was that I am not going to take any crap from some punk ass for something that I couldnt have controlled (losing my phone). I know it escallated into something that was stupid. As said before, be somewhat curteous and you will accomplish more than trying to be tough and acting like an asshole.
I remember reading through the original discussion of this incident, but don't really remember the details or know any of the parties involved. However, if you are looking for a response--here's mine. It sounds like this dispute stemmed from an unreturned borrowed exhaust log, which escalated when your phone went "dark" (for whatever reason), and then escalated out of control because of your desire to "spank" the person to whom you owed the part and timely communication. I don't understand your decision punish the person who just wanted their log back and couldn't get it back from you. You even admit, "my conscience starts getting to me over this whole thing.." so you knew you were wrong, but your ego, "if you don't like the way this played out, thats to bad because its already a done deal" keeps you from taking responsibility for the dispute. It would have been alot more effective to just say--Sorry, I screwed up, won't happen again. And then you wouldn't have had to avoid the SCJB board all these months.
This is from an overweight old guy who doesn't want to fight,
Mark--"Sanger Pete"
No the moral of the story is "Never try to help Ryan out by loaning him something that you expect to get back in a reasonable amount of time because he is too busy spanking."
Welcome back Spanky
very true.
may want to add: "no matter how bad ass you may think you are, remember, there's plenty of peolple out there that can kick your ass".
This must be a joke? Rayanbrindle back in town still waiting for you to call me back?
X2 guys. But from what I understand, Marine blocks had their own casting designation, D1VE, I could easlily be wrong. As far as what makes it different than a street block, couldn't tell you. But I have 3 of those casting codes. Hopefully someone will chime in with that they mean.
