No test run yet , boat is still waiting on parts for the fuel supply.. I had to re'plumb it and go with a different pump.. Just waiting on a reducer fitting and a inline filter from Summit that should put me @ 8 psi and then it gets wet...

Im expecting little changes , and this is just one of em ;)  Parker ain't gonna happen for me , im still working 7 days a week due to cut backs but thankfull i still have a job...

Are you guys doing another Avi trip this year ???  I can do that  ;D

Thanks Ray , thats Very Nice of you....  I did however order another mech pump and its not a high volume pump :sly:

Im waiting for the UPS man right now :banghead:

I also ordered new jets to get that carb delt with , im starting out with 84 squared......  We will see , once i get that pump back on it i can water test it ???

Im running the same way minus the reg...

I did some diggin and the Edelbrock fuel pump im running turns out to be a race pump ( high volume )
I dont need no stinking race pump........ :screwy:


Just ordered a new pump and goodies from summit, boat will be running again by friday ;D

Funny thing. The Holley pump was $109 at Checkers here in town , but the same pump with the summit name on it was only $49   :sly:
I got everything shipped for under a hundo

So ill be back!!!!!

I still cant believe it.. I went out yesturday and thought to myself , i have not started you for 2 days will you start... i bumped the key and she came alive and sat there and purred ;D   I must of done something right...


Im still on the fence with the reg.. But you can pm me want you want for it or put it here in the thread, just in case... I cant do any testing till i get this fuel pressure figured out so i got to do something quick :sly:

i just hope it isnt a bad gauge ???

I just got my boat fired last sat and im showing 10-15 psi on my fuel guage.... So i guess i put on the wrong fuel pump ,im running a Edelbrock mech pump and i thought it was only gonna put out about 7-8 psi.

So i can get a regulator and have to re'plumb my fuel line or just get a new Holley fuel pump that needs no reg and is good for 6 1/2 - 8 psi...

But will that Holley feed my 850 annular carb at 4-5000 rpm's ?

Im ready to go get this done , but don't want to make the wrong choice..
