So I went and talked with Chris... Crap I really didn't think it was going to cost that much! Plus he added the option of a stuffer...

I'd really like to just get this porpoising problem fixed and be able to enjoy the boat, so it may be another summer I have to put up with some stupid Micky mouse fixes.

Quality work cost money. But you won't be disappointed with his work. We have had Chris do 3 pumps, 3, loaders, bottom work, set 1 intake, and make tons of shims and shoes. Never once has he left us hanging and he will always explain what's going on to you.

So it's about time I get started on my list of winter projects... Couple of questions first.

I'm in north or age county, where is a good place to get pump work done? I would like to be able to leave it in the boat and drop the boat off. I'm thinking freshen up and add a loader, possibly a stuffer... Any thoughts? Any have a good mini day set up?

Also I am in need of a machine shop to straighten out the logs, they have bent outwards due to not being tighten down properly after installed.

Might also being needing some assistants with resealing the fuel fills, haven't looked into this just know they are leaking.

Lastly how does trailer good work? I know there was someone on here, but can't find them. I need a minor overall completed.

Sell the tickets, download a couple of albums and listen to them on your way to Parker.  Problem solved.
Sounds like a great idea.

Anybody have pics that can show how a boat on a dolly trailer is loaded into an enclosed trailer? I have never seen it done. How do you get it inside the enclosed trailer with the loading ramp in the way? How is the boat secured for transport? I am fascinated by this. Anybody transport/store their boat in a toyhauler? I would love to learn more. If I were to purchase a trailer for this, what would I look for? Thank you, -Jason

Almost every race trailer i know has a wench in it to pull the boat in. The way we load ours into the hauler is with a golf cart and a wench. or sometimes just the golf cart. The dolly has hooks on the front of the trailer and in the back, we have the E tack system in our hauler, it allows us to tie down from one end of the trailer to another at any point on the floor. I would look for a 26ft or bigger for a enclosed.

I'll be there!

Had b1 put a new lo pro in the SWTD and some other things. Intake went in at 5.4 and the shoe looks great. We sent her back about 2 and a half inches. She is sticking out a little farther than normal. 😁😁😁

Just my two cents but you should plate the outside of your stringers.  It will be nature your washers don't collapse.

True, but, a normal application like that will be just fine.

Right away. It's the same motor that's in my dimarco. Put 11 hours on her this past summer. 👍👍👍👍

I was in the same situation a few years ago. When it happened I drained the oil changed the filter added new oil and fired it to get the moisture out of the motor. Did that 2 more times and the motor was fine.
