The taliban, sailboat and smali pirot incodent were all in the same place basicly, right inbetween were u broke your header and thes ramp. the taliban thing was in the sanger, the sailboat thing was in the witchcraft and the pirot thing last night was in the sleek. Always an adventure!

Just funny shit! So, yeah, take a tow rope! I think Pat and I already covered that, and the jumpers......I know Terry had a battery issue the day before I broke a header, and I have had previous battery issues (I think that was Big River 2 years ago if i'm not mistaken)....... :screwy:

You never know on these things! I like Keiths idea on the hose clamps!, That was something I missed once that caused a little discomfort..........The bolts? well, Ralph tells the story better, but when a bolt falls out of your reverse bucket cable....at speed.......the results can be quite comical to watch! No so comical to ride in........... :screwy:

I've been spending my time working o replacement wiring harnesses for these things, (news at 11 guys, but I think I got it all worked out, they're coming....) next is a "Lake Kit" ,,,,,,,,,, ;)

First ime I actualy used the big anchore last night. I never even take one w/ me. The ole lady was going thru a check list the other day and was in my ass about an anchore so I threw one onboard just the other day. So I'm sitting out on the lake and when it comes time to go , dead battery. We drifted to shore and it was pretty rockty so I pointed her out and shoved off as far as I could and dropped anchore. It was 10:30 by the time we got rescued so It was dark, no flashlight. We did however have a spot light which helped the three dudes that helped us find us. I used my portable Marine radio and got ahold of the sailing vessel "Conan" who was at the dock in his slip so apparently he found these guys partying in a small boat and sent them out. We also talked to the Park sevices who said they would contact the rangers who told us all they would do is pic up the people, we could salvage the boat later so I said we'll stay w/ the boat and thirty seconds later asked for my passengers to be picked up and they said they were busy w/ another call. So these three guys show up and tell us tey are samali Pirates, do we have any beer. Anyway, alls well that ends well.

So thats:

Anchore
Flashlight
Spotlight
Marine radio
Beer

Terry, first the getting towed in by a sail boat, then you and Chromey get towed in by the Taliban, now Somali Pirates?  Geez man!!!  ;D
I see why the Sanger's fer sale!

A couple drain plugs and hose clamps (luckily I haven't needed either).
If you're gonna be doing any "tuning" take a timing light.
general tool set and a bucket of loose nuts and bolts

Dove into both these guys stash many times! I carry all that, in the truck, but in the boat, I carry a set of jumper cables and a tow strap, a big ass screwdriver for stubborn rocks in the impeller, some 12 guage solid core wire for tying shit up, and fuses for the fuse panel....... :sly:

Set of 6 Goodyear G647/RSS tires, size 245/70 19.5, 12/32 tread remaining (14/32 new), really too nice to call used. 2 have some slight cupping along the outer edges (Were front tires, use them as inner rears!  ;) )

I love my iPhone! The only drawback is that it doesn't work with Flash. On a rare occasion there will be a Web site that I can't access. That is the only time it has left me wanting. I will not bash any other phone. Because I don't have one. If you can get everyone to post the worst thing about their phone, and not the worst thing about the phone that they don't have, you would have a great thread.

I like that idea!

Like, the worst thing I don't like abput my Blackberry is........it don't float........That's the only time they have let me down!

I gotta say this is full blow swine vomit that the damn boat aint got the motor in it or i would be coming out to come and play but hopefully in a few weeks the motor will be in it

A simple thing like dropping an engine in? C'mon man! Get to it!  >:D

Crewcheif got his completely Disassembled/reassembled in a couple of weeks  after removing engine/pump and intake and now running like a top! I got Pickle all prettied up, and then, well today, added the new ignition system.......

YAY! Bye-bye HEI!!!  Still gotta button it up, but I gptta go hit Radio Shack tomorrow for some multi-pin quick connects so I can still remove these rear covers quickly and easily.....

We dont talk about that around here!

dos: ford vs chevy, berk vs jacuzzi, blowers vs turbos, over transom vs thru transom
dont's: droid vs apple, kitchen vs boat purchase, feelings, chineese made jetboats  :screwy:

Additional do! Make fun of bob whenever necessary!

J/k Bob

Im guessing you are with verizon and those are the top 2 options, and i would go for the droid! granted apple has good stuff out there, there is alot more to be had on the droid network

that's just my .02 though!

That was pretty cold even by MY standards, LMAO!

I've heard good n bad about both. I stay out of it and stick by my Crackberry........

Just guessing here but i will bet the boat is green......     ;D

Green is good! Upholstery needs someone that knows what they're doing (Not me) to just tighten it up a bit, but VERY cool float!

Right side drive, I love it!  Whatcha gonna do with it?

Thanks Ray.  I'm still gonna need to buy a set at some point.
