Oh and I'm still working on how to post pics.  I bought it from jet crazy here on the forum, and I just checked and the original pics and add he posted are still up.

For Crewchief, I was wondering the same thing.  The list number is 6361, I cross referenced that and came out as a 600 vacuum secondaries.  Called Paul over at High flow and somewhat confirmed that.  He said with the way the motor is set up now, those kinda rpm's should be netting me around 70 mph.  So I called Joe down at Precision Craft Marine and Joe Jr. Is gonna check out the pump and impeller.

Gonna change the oil and filter, then the head gaskets and I guess go from there.

Ralph, sorry bout that on the compression numbers, it was reading 135 lbs on averag.  However, I just took the valve covers off tonight and I've got serious milky oil, so now i obviously have a blown head gasket, hopefully nothing more.  Now I'm kinda lost.

Curious as to what my next step is

Well as it says I'm a new one, this is what I have....76' Eliminator bubble deck, delta V bottom I think,
BBF 460 with offy single carb tunnel, D3ve a2a heads, 600 cfm Holley, Berkeley 12jc pump/jet, stock rock grate.

So here is my ?....currently full pedal mash nets me 62mph on GPS at 5300 rpm, trimmed up with a slight chop, full rooster and 15 gallons gas, oh and 300 lbs of humans :), 2 of us.
For you experts out there, is there anything odd about those numbers or anything I could change up right away on the motor to make it a bit stronger running.

Oh and I did a compression check and it's sittin right around 8:1
