I'm a little late in reading this but want to agree that the river from south of Laughlin to avi then to needles is pretty great for jet boats.  We launch out of rotary park and land one of the beaches usually south on the Arizona side before avi.  South of avi is Indian land and you will need a permit to beach it.  The water is pretty low this time of the year so I'm probably done for 2014. My last tip was three weeks back and getting launch at rotary before noon was marginal at best. Glad to hear you had a great time.

Thanks. Just for clarification, I'm not looking to replace it with a autozone alternator. I'm looking for a marine alternator that would be the replacement for it. It's understood that they are all pretty much universal but I'm looking for one that would use my current connectors. As it's a common delco type I'm sure someone makes them but checking on line most adds don't clearly show the type if connectors. Guess I was just hoping that someone might have a part number interface from the delco 7129m to a marine equivalent

I have a 2002 Jet Boat that has a Duralast DL7127M alternator.  The alternator just died on me so need a replacement.  Autozone has the exact model but I'm guessing its a auto alternator and not a marine version.  Can anyone confirm this.  If its not, is there a direct replacement for it?
