This was yesterday...all vdrives showed up....

Yeah, that's not the TPM.  The V-drive guys have their new years deal at Wade's Paradise every new years.  The TPM is the following week.

Is this gonna happen?  Has anyone heard anything?  I'm 20 minutes away so wouldn't mind coming out if it is.

Those women love the attention from good looking guys, but get pissy when an older gent with a belly looks their way.  Having been in great shape years ago to only be fat now, I have felt the huge change when looking at that hooker with her tata's hanging out.  Makes me laugh now...because she's probably gonna end up marrying some guy that she is afraid to lose so she locks him in by fattening him up.  Ask me how I know....haha

FYI, rare in boats is not a good thing.  CP's, Daytonas, Placecrafts, etc., are pretty common because they are good hulls.

On a side note, here is a Crusader tunnel which is a good hull that doesn't get a lot of clout, but I can tell you from experience they work well.  $3,000 isn't a bad price either for as clean as this one is.

All this house talk is bringing up bad memories for me..  Lol..  I got caught in the last housing crash!!  I was 25 in may 2005, bought my first house here in redlands,  stake in the ground I thought,  wrong time to buy I found out when shit went south! I bought a medial 3 bed 2 bat 2 car with a decent lot on a double cultesac, cool pad,  till a few years in when I got my bill and the mortgage jumped huge!  I hit them up and told them you guys made a mistake they said no that's your new payment!  I said I'm sorry but fuck you I can't pay that,  they said figure it out or we'll forclose,,  well eat shit forclose on me..  Mind you, I paid 316k for this house and with the payment I was making I was gonna pay back 612k by the end of the 30 year loan,  I told them leave my payment alone and I'll pay you , nope they wouldn't do it,  so I short sold the house.  And those assholes took 145k for the house,  instead of just letting me pay the bill I was paying when they would have come out way ahead,  I got a 2 year short sell on my credit and they lost a lot of money..  And that happened a lot between 07-11,,  it's gonna happen again soon I'm sure..

Adjustable Rate Loans were death for many.  Your experience was the result of a crooked loan officer.  The statute of limitations may have expired this case, but there was a time when you could have presented this to a judge.

You don't have to have crazy good credit these days to get a loan, but you do have to show income.  I do real estate in Southern Cal, but I do have a couple friends in Vegas that are good.  I'll check, but I'm pretty sure you have have some 1% down payment options up there, but I know for a fact you can get in with 3.5% down.  Your already there with your savings.  I only say this as you may be better off buying now as your income is high before you come into your slow season.

I'd just fix the boat you have instead of spending $4k for a Southwind hull.  I was just part of a southwind sale for an extremely clean and running boat for $5,500.  I recommend everyone I know to buy a CP, Daytona, Cheyenne, Rogers, TPR, or Youngblood though.  I'm really biased though, that is for sure.

I like the sound of that. I love Mike millers deal almost switched up my new motor set up but stayed with the good ole laughing gas.

BECKY WITH THE GOOD HAIR!

Farmer John's TPR with the centrifugal motor can be had.  He hasn't formally put it up for sale, but he non-nonchalantly told me he'd sell it to me when I showed interest.

7k for the hull. All you will have to do is drop in power.

"It's the shit"

Wow!  That's a deal and a half!!!  I talked to JP about your boat.  He remembers rigging it in 1978.  Awesome boat!

I have a video of it somewhere 😳

BECKY WITH THE GOOD HAIR!

The market is getting flooded.  I may need to get a three car garage because I wouldn't mind keeping it, but want to get cars in the garage.  May need to build a big centrifugal engine this winter so I can play next year

haha ya could but fun,  I've just heard of way too many people pitched out of them. I almost got wrecked by a 16 that shut off infront of me. That was the last time I ever race a TT on the river.

BECKY WITH THE GOOD HAIR!

I grew up in Flatbottoms, but there is no way I would race one now that I'm a dad. Love the left pedal, but things can go wrong fast. I'm actually thinking about going pontoon and maybe go car bracket racing.

I think that guy had 2 16s and a 18. Someone on Instagram just bought the 18 to use for a riverboat. Talked to him a lil about it and it's a 265lb lay up. 😳

BECKY WITH THE GOOD HAIR!

Scary!!! I thought the 18's were worse for bucking drivers than the 16's? I'm not going to lie, if I was young without kids I think it would be cool to do a 16 with a full retarded turbo small block.

I remember this Texas Tunnal at the NJBA races when I was a kid.  I'm sure I have some Lucky Duck Video of it somewhere.  Pretty cool history.

No downside, I use the stuff for everything.  Fishing rods, shower, cars, etc.  It's not cheap, but well worth it as far as I'm concerned

Probably about $5k, but heads up. Those are known to have a porpoise that you can't escape. If your looking for a 35mph fixer this may be a good one, but they are known to bounce pretty hard at higher speeds. Lots of theads on the internet about them.

If it's still available? Figure out what's in that motor and message me. I'm also in Temecula

Sent from my iPhone using SoCal Jet Boats

454 4 bolt
rectangular heads - I think 990's
steel crank

Anything else and you'd have to let me know what your looking for.  I'm off the 79 if you'd like to see it in person.

I wouldn't be interested in putting it in Elsinore, but if your open for a quick hot run on Skinner, I'm game!  haha.

468 procharged intercooled, Dan Olson oil cooler, 5lbs of boost so there is more there, but it's extremely reliable and hasn't been abused.  I have to talk to JP about what's inside.  The centrifugal blower is a cool setup though as you can cruise around with no boost, better gas mileage and very tame, but floor it and it comes alive!  I can't wait to take someone for a test drive!

When you change the HP dramatically, you have to change the gears in the V-drive. Make sure you have an appropriate prop for it. Be careful with plate adjustments. They shouldn't be the same across the board.
